PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage data separately for owner and user by referring to a cryptographic key sent from a key managing center, deciphering enciphered personal information sent from an owner terminal and outputting it from a user terminal. SOLUTION: A user terminal 20 checks a password number and transmits a user identifier read out of a user IC card 40 to a key managing center 10. Next, based on the cryptographic key transmitted from the key managing center 10, enciphered owner information is deciphered and outputted. This personal information inputted from the terminal 20 is enciphered and transmitted to an owner terminal 30 based on the cryptographic key. Therefore, communication equipment 21 of the user terminal 20 and communication equipment 11 of the key managing center 10 are connected through a line. The key managing center 10 stores a correspondence table 14 of user identifiers and cryptographic keys in a storage device 13, and the corresponding cryptographic key is retrieved from the received user identifier and transmitted to the user terminal 20. |
