PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiver that reduces distortion of an output waveform without the need for re-adjustment. SOLUTION: An amplifier 3 outputs a voltage in response to an input current from a photo diode 1, and a differential amplifier 4 outputs an inverted output and a non-inverted output in response to an output of the amplifier 3, and integration devices 5, 6 obtain a mean value of the inverted and non-inverted outputs to provide an output. A comparator 7 obtains the difference in outputs of the integration devices 5, 6 and gives a voltage corresponding to the difference to a gate of a FET 2 in order to adjust the bias current of the FET 2. |
