PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make changeable rhythm information and a voice element such as a fundamental frequency, power, and a phoneme continuing time length. SOLUTION: Desirable synthesis elements are selected out of an element list displayed on a display 24 after voice synthesis using a key board 20 or a mouse 22, and a voice is resynthesized using the selected voice elements when a key for speech synthesis is selected thereafter. When a portion and rhythm information desired to be changed are selected and when a key for voice recognition is selected to input a desirable voice through a microphone 30, the voice is recognized to extract the rhythm information desired to be changed, and the rhythm information is controlled. The key for voice synthesis is selected thereafter to resynthesize the voice. |
