PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a recorder small in size, simplified in configuration and reduced in the number of adjusting points. SOLUTION: This recorder is provided with a semiconductor laser beam source 20 which generates laser beams 20a having a wavelength band of <=600 nm, and a driving circuit 21 which drives the source 20. The driving current of the circuit 21 is modulated in accordance with the recording signals from a recording signal source 5 and supplied to the source 20. An optical master disk 9 mounted on a turntable 10 is irradiated with laser beams 20a modulated in accordance with the modulated driving current obtained from the source 20. |
