PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized duplication of analog video by storing digitized screen information by processing it in a storing means when a copy guard signal is detected. SOLUTION: The copy guard signal in a video signal 240 inputted in a video signal input terminal 220 is detected by a copy guard detecting means 2 of an information processor 1. The inputted video signal is digitized by a video coding means 3. Control of a series of the screen information when it is inputted and outputted as video information is performed by using a video storage means 5 by a graphics control means 6. Data inputted in the graphics control means 6 from the video coding means 3 are once stored in the video storage means 5 by every screen and are outputted to a video encoding means 7. When the video information is recorded in a storage means 8, the data are outputted to the storage means 8 via the video storage means 5, when the video information is outputted in video and stored in the storage means 8, the data are outputted to both of the video encoding means 7 and the storage means 8.
