PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with excellent assemblability where possibility of deteriorating sound quality is precluded. SOLUTION: A flexible lead wire 35 connecting with a lead wire 17 of a coil 15 on a bobbin 13 of a voice coil 11 is led out at a front side of a diaphragm 19 so as to approach the diaphragm 19 and a damper 25 to each other. The lead wire 35 led out to a front side of the diaphragm 19 is not in contact with a surface of the diaphragm 19 but connects with an input terminal 33 of a frame 21. A connection part between the lead wire 17 of the coil 15 and the lead wire 35 is provided to a part of the bobbin 13 projected to the front side of the diaphragm 19. A center cap 23 is fitted to the bobbin 13.
