PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal lamp capable of smoothly controlling traffic by providing the signal lamp with a light emission part having two light emitting parts for displaying a dangerous color and a color other than the dangerous color and light emitting elements shared by the two light emitting parts. SOLUTION: The signal lamp is constituted of the light emission part 1 and a group of light emitting elements 51. A 1st light emitting part 10 provides a color displaying a dangerous color on a traffic sign. Thereby, an optical signal indicating the inhibition of passage can be provided for passersby or the like by emitting the 1st light emitting part 10. A 2nd light emitting part 20 provides a color other than the dangerous color. Thereby, an optical signal indicating the permission of passage can be provided for passersby or the like by emitting the 2nd light emitting part 20. Plural light emitting elements 51 are built in the light emission part 1 and shared by the 1st and 2nd light emitting parts 10, 20. Since a partition board for optically separating between both the light emitting parts 10, 20 is not included, the weight of the signal lamp can be reduced.
