PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute an observation related to a level value lower than the warning level of an analog sensor and useful for disaster prevention management by receiving and storing detection level data indicating the individusal detection levels of plural analog sensors. SOLUTION: A fire display device 1 is constituted of a CPU 10, a RAM 11, a storage device 16, etc. The CPU 10 executes the transmission/reception of data through a communication interface 15, the writing/reading of data in/ from a storage device 16, and so on in accordance with control data or the like stored in a storage medium 16a and a ROM 12 while using a part of the RAM 11 as a working area. The CPU 10 executes also processing such as a detection level data acquiring processing for receiving detection level data related to the detection levels of plural analog sensors 3 from a receiver 2 and storing these received data in the RAM 11 and the recording medium 16a. The storage medium 16a stores control data such as an alarm data table allowing detection levels set up in a range less than a warning level to correspond to their corresponding alarm contents or the like and a control program.
