PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain customer absence regulation and communication regulation by making it possible to surely obtain spectacles having good stability and wearing feel and enabling safe data regulation with a measurement and regulation test table and a spectacle drawing in an exact measurement and regulation method for the face and spectacles. SOLUTION: The metallic test table 1 is provided with a conversion table 2 for both of life-size nose shapes and arm angles, front frame measurement graduations 6 and a cruciform reference line 3 with-and +. The rear side of a test frame stopper 14 with a front frame stopper 15 and a pad stopper 16 is provided with a hinged raising plate 17. An inside angle is measured by the test frame and a rule with a magnet. The length of the arm angle is 40 deg. 40 mm and 60 deg. 60 mm and the diagonal line of 30 mm right below the arm bending part (the other angle length is omitted) is used for the inside angle. The customer's nose is measured by a customer measurement nose shape with a nose shape position. The nose position is obtd. by the frame side measurement nose shape with the nose shape position and the nose shape measurement table. The front frame position is investigated by a movable front frame measurement plate 19 and the arm base value is investigated by the rule with the magnet. A transparent drawing hold-down 12 with a drawing earmark 13 is mounted.
