PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to connect wirings on a substrate having flexibility with each other without using a jumper chip. SOLUTION: In a circuit board 10, first and second wirings 18 and 32 are printed on a flexible substrate 14. This circuit board 10 is constituted into a structure, wherein one part of the wiring 18 comprising a first widened part 22 is cut out along with the substrate 14 to form a tongue-shaped part changed into a free end in the widened part 22 of the wiring 18, the widened part 22 is brought into contact with a second widened part 36 of the wiring 32 by folding back the tongue-shaped part and the wirings 18 and 32 are formed so as to be able to connect with each other. Moreover, the second widened part 36 is provided with an insertion part, which receives the free end of the tongue-shaped part.
