Reception of data signals of identical contents but with different frequencies, involving using multi frequency heterodyne receiver

The method involves the frequency position of the data signal being analyses by fast Fourier transform (FFT). The analysis is used for the control of local oscillators for mixing the input frequencies into an intermediate frequency signal. This is such that by separate mixing of the data signal components, a frequency correction of individual part-waves onto a common IF is carried out, and then superimposed. The mixing to IF signals is carried out by separate mixing stages in analog form prior to analog to digital conversion, and digitally after the conversion.
