<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a specified user and to impart high reliability in the safety management of display information in the display means of a system and the management of an access right to a network, etc. SOLUTION: An ID held in the memory part 11 of a first transmitter-receiver 10 is ciphered by a ciphering processing part 12 and then, sent from an infrared ray transmission/reception part 14 to a second transmitter-receiver 20. In the second transmitter-receiver 20, data received in the infrared ray transmission/ reception part 24 are restored in a cipher restoration processing part 23 and collated with the ID held in the memory part 21. When collation matches, the second transmitter-receiver 20 is supplied with power, activated and turned to a usable state. Also, the second transmitter-receiver 20 turns a CRT 30 ON when the collation matches at the time of collating the ID. Also, access to a LAN 50 by the second transmitter-receiver is managed by the ID.</p> |
