PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card for electronic cash and a defray system using the same with which the defray of both deferred payment and suspense payment is enabled and account processing can be easily and safely performed. SOLUTION: This IC card for electronic cash can separately store electronic cash for company and electronic cash for individual and receives demands corresponding to wallet codes (identifiers) A and B from an R/W 30 and when the electronic cash is paid corresponding to the wallet codes A and B by the IC card for electronic cash, receipt information α and β corresponding to these wallet codes A and B can be received from the R/W 30.
