PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a light source part to be driven by a battery, to reduce power consumption and to make a device compact and lightweight. SOLUTION: The light source part 12A is provided with a transparent substrate 16 through which light is transmitted, an LED bare chip 18 arranged by being near to the back side of the substrate 16 and a concave mirror 20 reflecting the light emitted from the chip 18 forward. Then, the chip 18 is connected to printed wires 17A and 17B formed at the outside circumference of the substrate 16 by transparent lead wires 19A and 19B. The plural chips 18 can be arranged. By constituting the light source part 12A of the chip 18, the light source part 12A can be driven by the battery power source.
