PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mask a part of a program as an advertisement block with reliability by collecting related information items to be used for rearranging recording data cells. SOLUTION: A fact that the reproducing sequence of the data cells can be inputted is utilized for masking the advertisement block. Numbers CN1 to CNi for identifying all the data cells of a first video object are first inputted in a table. However, a description item to indicate the first data cell of a third video object is formed by the next cell CNi+1. This means that the first data cell of a second video object including data interrupted by first advertisement is skipped and the reproduction of the first data cell of a second video part is started after the reproduction of the last data cell of a first video part. In addition, the description item means the next data cell of the second video part. Thus, the data cell for interruption by second and third advertisements is also masked in the same way.
