PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and circuit scale. SOLUTION: Aγ-sineγvalue conversion table for 1/4 period is stored in the ROM part 4 of a numerical controlled transmitter 10. A phase identification part 2 identifies a phaseθgenerated by a phase generating part 1. A phase transforming part 3 transformsθtoγbased on a transforming expression according to an identifying result. A code transforming part 5 converts the sign of a sineγvalue based on the identifying result to output as a sineθvalue. Compared with the case of storing aθ-sineθvalue conversion table for one period in the ROM part 4, the capacity of the part 4 can be small.
