摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger utilizing a Peltier element. SOLUTION: An inlet manifold 7 is so arranged to allow communication with the uppermost stream part of induction parts 10 provided on the respective sides of Peltier elements 1 and 2 arranged in parallel by way of a through hole 4. The induction parts 10 cause a change in the flow with a diaphragm part, a wear part 10b and a notch part 10c to let heat exchange media on the respective Peltier elements 1 and 2 effectively contact an endothermic contact and an exothermic contact. In other words, the induction parts 10 allow the mead spread thoroughly in the Peltier elements 1 and 2 while restricting the generation of vortexes and bubbles. Moreover, an outlet manifold 8 is so arranged to allow communication with the downmost stream part of the respective induction parts 10 through a through hole 4b. This enables direct discharge separately to reduce a temperature difference thereby achieving a higher heat exchange efficiency.
