PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and correctly carry out centering of pipe in a wall penetrating part and the like, setting of water gradient of a pipe, filling of mortar between the pipe and a sleeve by fixing a leg plate having an installing hole on an end part of a cylindrical body fitted to an end part of a pipe, and attaching an elastic material which is brought into forced contact with an outer surface of the pipe on an inner surface of the cylindrical body. SOLUTION: In the case where a pipe 11 is arranged on a penetrating part of a wall 12, a hole for driving an anchor is drilled on an inner wall surface 12a around a duct hole 14 serving a sleeve 13 drilled on the wall 12 as an inner circumferential surface, the installing hole of the leg plate 3 which is extendedly arranged from the cylindrical body 2 is matched with the hole, the anchor 16 is driven, and a pipe supporting tool 1 is attached on the wall 12. A pipe 11 is inserted into the cylindrical body 2, an elastic material 8 attached to an inner surface of the cylindrical body 2 is compressed, the pipe 11 is elastically supported, and a screw 18 is screwed into the cylindrical body 2 to fix the pipe 11. Mortar 17 is filled between the pipe 11 and the duct hole 14, covering is executed with concrete 19 for finishing a sheath, a pipe feed 20 is installed, and piping is completed.
