PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor boot for a front fork, which enables a motorcycle 111 a running or parked state at night and so on to be remotely recognized. SOLUTION: In a boot forming method by means of blow forming by making use of a synthetic resin injected part 11 and a close-end cylindrical metal mold 12 capable of being split in two, which is faced to the synthetic resin injected part 11, the synthetic resin injected part 11 includes an external case 13, an internal case 14 inserted in the external case 13, an air feeding nozzle 15 fitted in the inside of the internal case 14, a ring shaped gap 16 formed in a space between the inner circumference of the external case 13, and the outer circumference of the internal case 14, and plural resin injection holes 17 and 19 formed in the external case 13 so as to communicate with the ring shaped gap 16, the metal mold 12 is provided with a ring shaped groove 21 in a bellows shape, and synthetic resin materials different in color respectively, and in a fused state are injected in the respective resin injection holes 17 and 19, so that cylindrical raw materials are thereby formed in the ring shaped gap 16.
