PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight impact absorbing part excellent in rigidity while maintaining impact resistance, and to efficiently manufacture the impact absorbing part by arranging a textile at least in the tensile force applying part of the impact absorbing part composed of a synthetic resin and integrally forming both. SOLUTION: An impact absorbing part is composed of a synthetic resin, a textile is arranged at least in the tensile force applying part of the impact absorbing part, and both are integrally formed. When an impact load 4 is applied in a state of supporting the end part of the impact absorbing part composed of such a synthetic resin 1 by the fixing part 3, since the textile 2 is arranged in the opposite side part of the impact surface, rigidity of the impact absorbing part can be improved without deteriorating an impact resistance charactertistic.
