PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To openly and closely control a solenoid valve with such a pattern that voltage is applied to a power supply terminal without making much current to the power supply terminal by controlling a solenoid current-carrying circuit on the basis of an output of a voltage detecting circuit by a control circuit. SOLUTION: When voltage is applied to a power supply terminal 1, a condenser 4 is charged with few current by a resistance 3, an opening current- carrying current in a solenoid 10 is supplied to the condenser 4. When voltage of the power supply terminal 1 is not applied, a closing current-carrying current is supplied from the condenser 4. Input current of the power supply terminal 1 flows for a comparatively long period, and instant much current is not necessitated. Since a timing such as opening current-carrying and a closing current- carrying times is controlled by a micro computer 6, closing and opening of a solenoid valve is controlled by application/non-application of voltage to power supply source 1.
