PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device permitting attachment without providing outside of a coupling member with a mounting portion for mounting a clamp device in a protruded manner. SOLUTION: A cover (coupling member) 50 is provided with a slot-like bearing 60 on which a rotational axis 72 of a clamp member 71 is bearing mounted so as to be slidable in the bearing 60, and when an engagement pawl 73 of the clamp member 71 is caused to engage with a latch portion 18a on a main body casing (coupled member) 10, the rotational axis 72 is moved toward the latch portion 18a of the bearing 60 to accomplish the engagement, thereby allowing provision of the bearing 60 below a tip end 73a of the engaged engagement pawl 73, and accomplishing mounting without providing a mounting portion outside the cover 50 in a protruded manner.
