PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recognizable a highway at a glance or to identify a VICS (vehicle information communication system) object road at a glance. SOLUTION: A first display mode for making the luminance of the highway HW higher than the luminance of the other road RD for displaying and a second display mode for displaying the luminance of the highway HW by the same luminance as the other road RD are provided. The first or the second display modes is selected for displaying. Also, the first display mode for making the luminance of the VICS object road VRD higher than the luminance of the other road RD for displaying and the second display mode for displaying the luminance of the VICS object road VRD by the same luminance as the other road RD are provided. The first or the second display mode is selected for displaying.
