PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit of low current consumption and a small area, which can be manufactured by a CMOS process of a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: By taking notice that there are two current paths to the ground from a power source at a part for driving the load 5 of this circuit, a current of one of the path is reduced or completely disconnected in the case where the current paths can be a single path. For the purpose, this circuit is provided with two inverting amplifiers 10 and 11 connected in series, a differential signal generating circuit 1 inputting an analog signal and reference voltage and generating two analog signals whose positiveness/negativeness are inverted with a prescribed intermediate voltage between a source voltage and ground, as a reference and a buffer circuit 2 of two-input and two-output driving a load 5 between first and second output terminals 3 and 4 based on the two analog signals outputted from the circuit 1.
