摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a trouble ticket distribution method capable of temporarily transferring the maintenance management work of a certain help desk base to another help desk base and making it unnecessary to store all customer information and maintenace vender inforamation in one help desk base with respect to a method for executing the maintenance management work of a customer network by plural bases by using a trouble ticket and to obtain also a recording medium recording a trouble ticket distribution program. SOLUTION: When a trouble ticket related to a fault of which fault repairment work is being executed is transferred to another help desk base 50 at the end of operation time of one help desk base 20, the base 20 succeeds to fault management work in executing, and after the end of operation time of the base 20, a fault report or the like is transferred to the other base 50. The progress state of the fault and operation used for the fault are delivered to all the help desk bases 20, 50 involved in the fault. When the customer information and the maintenance vender information are not included in the help desk base 20 itself, these data are acquired from the base 50.
