PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of electrical discharges, even when a high voltage is impressed to a high voltage supply terminal by providing an insulating member between a substrate mounting a chip-type light emitting element and the high voltage supply terminal. SOLUTION: A protective mask in a view finder is constituted of a funnel press 20 and a panel press and a substrate 8a, a spacer and a display panel are fixed and integrated with the panel press. An eaves part 20a inserted between the substrate 8a and the panel 2 is integrally formed on the press 20 and a part A of a high voltage supply terminal is insulated from the substrate 8a by the eaves part 20a. In this case, since an insulating member is formed only on the side, where the high voltage supply terminal is present out of four sides of the panel press and the insulating member is not increased in the other three sides, this increase in weight can be minimized. Or the surfaces of a wired pattern and a through hole of the substrate 8a are covered with the insulating member.
