PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for picture or printed matter which is capable of generating voice/or sound concerning the picture or the printed matter while the picture or the printed matter is stored in a frame, etc. SOLUTION: The sensor is provided with a detection electrode 3 arranged on the back side of a photo 3 and a reference electrode 11 insulated from the detection electrode 3. In addition, the sensor is provided with a detection circuit 20 to detect the change in static capacity between the detection electrode 3 and the reference electrode 11 which is generated by the presence of a matter to be detected in a detectable area, a control circuit 30 to instruct generation of a specified sound or voice by the detected signal of the detection circuit 20, and sound generation parts 34, 35, 36 to generate the specified sound or voice by the control signal of the control circuit. |
