PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adaptability of a recycle, a heat insulating property, and chemical resistance by filling a foam made of non-crosslinked polypropylene base resin into an incrustation made of polypropylene base resin, and specifying a melt flow rate of each polypropylene base resin and a melting point difference between them. SOLUTION: A heat insulating mold body adapted to a door such as a refrigerator is formed by filling a foam 2 made of a substantially non-crosslinked polypropylene base resin into an incrustation 1 made of a polypropylene base resin. A ratio of melt flow rate(MFR) between each polypropylene base resin for forming the incrustation 1 and the foaming body 2 may be within 0.2 to 5, and thereby, a mechanical property of a mold body can be improved, and molding failure can be prevented. A difference in melting point among each polypropylene resin may be not more than 25 deg.C, and thereby, rigidity and strength are ensured when the molding body is re-molded so as to expand an use for a recycle material. It is thus possible to improve adaptability of a recycle in the heat insulating molding body.
