<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the setting of check items in an internal check, the determination of correcting processing for unsuitable items, efficient review in response to an organization structure and the management of quality records. SOLUTION: A check management system is provided with an unsuitable case data base for holding the template of check items and correcting processing, template receiving part for introducing the template from the data base of a center, template presenting part 16 for presenting the template, and template adding part 17 for introducing the check items and correcting processing to the unsuitable case data base 12 as a new template. The setting of check items and the efficient management of correcting processing for unsuitable items in the internal check for the quality of organization can be performed. The check management system, review system for performing the review in response to the organization quality by hierarchies and quality recording system for managing the quality records are combined and a management support system is constituted so that management can be efficiently supported.</p> |
