<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable completion through one time of account processing by inputting an amount to be paid corresponding to the demand amount, distributing that amount to be paid into amounts to be paid by insurance and storing the amounts to be paid by insurance and moneys to be charged to a patient by insurance. SOLUTION: A medical examination data processing part 12 in a main body 10 of device registers medical examination data inputted from an input means 18 based on medical records into a medical examination file 22. Based on these registered medical examination data, a calculation processing part 13 calculates the medical examination cost of the patient and stores it in an account file 23. Based on these account data in the account file 23, an account picture is displayed on the display screen of a display means 17, and the amount to be paid corresponding to the demand amount of medical examination cost is inputted by the input means 18. That amount to be paid is distributed into amounts to be paid by insurance by the account processing part 14, and the amounts to be paid by insurance and the moneys to be charged to the patient by insurance are stored in a memory 16.</p> |
