<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a wiring resistance in relating an element board provided with a non-linear element of MIM(metal insulator metal) element or the like, its production method and an electrooptical device using it. SOLUTION: The subject device consists of a layered structure laminated in order of the first conductive body, a non-linear electric conductive body 12 and the second conductive body 13 on a substrate 1. And in the device that a non-linear element (S1.S2) having a non-linearity in a current-voltage property is mounted between the signal inputted wiring 2 and the pixel electrode 3 in crossing over the part in which the above three layers are laid over the other, a high conductive metal layer 4 is provided along the above signal input wiring 2 and simultaneously fine ruggedness is formed on the surface of the above pixel electrode 3.</p> |
