PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily attach a plurality of blast wings to the rotor shaft of a motor without using a fixing screw. SOLUTION: In an electric blower B which is constituted by attaching a plurality of blast wings to the rotor shaft 4a of an electric motor 1, a blast wing supporting collar 25, which is equipped with a lock means 29 for locking the plural blast wings 8 and 9 rotatably with a certain interval kept along the rotary shaft 4a, is fixed to the rotor shaft 4a capably of the coactive rotation with the rotor shaft 4a. Then, the blast wings 8 and 9 are attached to the lock means 29 of this blast wing supporting collar 25 through shock absorbing means 32 and 33 for supporting these blast wing 8 and 9 in shock absorbing ways.
