PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire information stored in a data base and desired by a user from a telephone set without performing a troublesome input operation from the telephone set. SOLUTION: An information acquisition list 25 desired to be acquired by the user corresponding to the user is prepared beforehand and the information desired to be acquired by the user is registered in a data base 14 beforehand based on the information acquisition list 25. In the case that the user is authenticated based on a user ID and an identification number inputted from the telephone set 4, the information desired by the user for which the user is specified beforehand is read from the data base 14 based on the information acquisition list 25 corresponding to the authenticated user and outputted to the telephone set 4.
