PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fix even a conduit tube having a diameter out of the tolerance, without generating a looseness. SOLUTION: This coupling comprises a cylindrical coupling main body 10; an elastic packing 20 inserted in the coupling main body 10; and a collar 30 inserted from the axial line direction of the coupling main body 10, and abutting its part to the elastic packing 20, so as to deform it elastically. Drilled holes 32 and 33 are formed on the peripheral wall of the collar 30. After the collar 30 is installed, bolts 40 are screwed in to the coupling main body 10 from its outer peripheral surface side, and they are allowed to abut to the outer surfaces of tubes 50 to be connected through the drilled holes 32 and 33, so as to fix them to the coupling main body 10. The collar 30 consists of a cylindrical body slit-cut in the axial direction, it is brought into close contact with the peripheral surface of the tube 50 being fastened in the peripheral direction, and the angular position in the circumferential direction inserting the collar 30 is decided to whether cutting hole of the cutting holes 32 and 33 the bolts 40 are passed, and the tolerable degree of the opening of the collar 30 in the coupling main body 10 is regulated according to the position.
