PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from scattering outside a device by providing in an exhaust gas duct a plurality of raking pieces in a manner rotatable about an axis, so that the rotation loci of adjacent racking pieces are overlapped with each other. SOLUTION: A substantially horizontal exhaust gas duct 21 is arranged between and connected to a substantially vertical exhaust gas duct 11 and an exhaust gas duct 12. A rotary axis 31 is inserted to an axial portion of the exhaust gas duct 21 along the axial direction, being supported at both end surfaces thereof. The rotary shaft 31 is attached with a plurality of connecting members 51 with a given interval therebetween, while the individual connecting members 51 being further attached, at their tips, with raking pieces 61, respectively. Each of the racking pieces 61 forms a spiral portion piece which turns with its tip being close to the inner wall surface of the exhaust gas duct 21, so that the rotation loci are overlapped with each other between the adjacent pieces. The racking pieces 61 are rotated by a drive motor 41 through the rotary axis 31 and the connecting members 51.
