PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a role of an expansion mechanism of a bypass flow by providing a throttle channel for communicating an inside channel with an outside channel, and introducing a refrigerant introduced to the outside channel to the inside channel while expanding the refrigerant via the throttle channel. SOLUTION: This double tube type heat exchanger 1 comprises an inner tube 2 and an outer tube 3 in such a manner that the tube 2 is closed at its one end 2A and opened at the other end 2B to constitute a port 5. An outer periphery of the tube 2 is fixed to the tube 3 so as to include a part between both ends 2A and 3B of the tube 2. Further, a small-diameter throttle hole 6 is formed as a throttle channel on a periphery of the tube 2 near the one end 2A. A refrigerant introduced into the tube 2 while expanding from the hole 6 of the refrigerant introduced from an inlet 7 of the tube 3 is heat exchanged with a main flow refrigerant to be gasified and injected to a position of an intermediate pressure of a compressor via a solenoid valve 18 of a bypass piping 20 from the port 5 of the other end 2B of the tube 2.
