摘要 The present invention is related to measurement techniques and can be used, inter alia, in the field of biology to record the dynamics of microscopic objects such as Brownian particles, microorganisms or processes in living tissues. The disclosed method enables the recording sensitivity with regard to the dynamics of said objects to be increased and consists in the intensity of radiation in the microscope image plane being recorded simultaneously by two independent photodetectors and in subtracting from each other the electric signals sent by them; the dynamics of microscopic objects are assessed based on the amplitude-frequency spectrum of the differential signal obtained. The device enabling application of the disclosed method is characterized in that the photosensitive elements of the photodetectors resemble periodic structures, the adjacent elements of which pertain to the various photodetectors.
