A semiconductor laser stacker (l) comprising three semiconductor lasers (2a-2c), two steel plates (3a, 3b), two lead plates (4a, 4b), a supply pipe (5), a discharge pipe (6), four insulating members (7a-7d) and three heat sinks (l0a-l0c); each of the heat sinks (l0a-l0c) being formed by laminating in order a lower flat plate member (l2) provided with a groove (22) for a water supply passage, an intermediate flat plate member (l4) provided with a plurality of water guide holes (38), and an upper flat plate member (l6) provided with a groove (30) for a discharge water passage, and then bonding the contact surfaces of these plate members together, the heat sinks (l0a-l0c) being provided with columnar members (24) for joining the bottom surface of the groove (22) for a supply water passage and the lower surface of the intermediate flat plate member (l4) together, and columnar members (32) for joining the bottom surface of the groove (30) for a discharge water passage and the upper surface of the intermediate flat plate member (l4) together.
