The arrangement contains a coal gasification system (21), and a gas turbine system (22) with a gas turbine (34), producing expansion power under application of the produced gas. A heat utilisation system (23) provides a heat swapping, in which the exhaust of the turbine provides the heat source, and a produced steam is a supplied to a steam turbine system (24). A condenser (39) condenses the steam to water which is supplied to a heat swapper (30) in the coal gasification system, where it is heated to steam which is supplied to a high-temperature section of the gas turbine system. The arrangement contains a coal gasification system (21) for generating a combustible gas from coal, which is supplied to a gas turbine system (22) with a gas turbine (34), producing expansion power under application of the combustible gas. The exhaust of the gas turbine is supplied to a heat utilisation system (23) which provides a heat swapping, in which the exhaust of the turbine provides the heat source, and a produced steam is a supplied to a steam turbine system (24). The steam turbine system produces expansion power and contains a condenser (39) for condensing the steam to water which is supplied to a heat swapper (30) in the coal gasification system, where it is heated to steam. The steam from the heat swapper is supplied to, at least one high-temperature section of the gas turbine system, which is at a higher temperature than the steam.
