<p>A combination bicycle and boat (5) has a frame (10), a rear wheel (30), and a front wheel (34) driven by a pair of pedals (40). The frame (10) has a seat (16) and rotatably mounted handle bars (18), and is preferably shaped to resemble an animal. The combination (5) preferably further includes a water gun (56) that works in conjunction with a water sensing fan (58) to facilitate a game of water tag.
