<p>A gas-liquid separator (16), wherein a liquid outlet pipe (18) is provided with restrictions (30, 31) and refrigerant is led into a first heat exchanger (101) or a second heat exchanger (106) acting as an evaporator through the restricted holes (30, 31), when liquid refrigerant inside the gas-liquid separator (16) enters into the liquid outlet pipe (18) through the restrictions (30, 31), the liquid refrigerant is expanded to a specified intermediate pressure, whereby, because the restrictions (30, 31) in the gas-liquid outlet pipe (18) serves as an expansion mechanism, the number of expansion mechanisms can be reduced by one unit more than before so as to reduce cost and space.</p> |
