The valve unit is provided with an electric connection looping-in from valve to valve, for the electric connection of the valves to a superordinate control. So that the looping electric connection is producible across electric contact elements (14) at opposite lying connection surfaces (8a,8b) of adjacent valves (1a,1b;1b,1c;1c,1d). So that the electric contact elements (14) of at least one contact surface (8a) is movable essentially vertically to the connection surface (8b), are pressable using pressure medium one after the other.
