AUTOMATIC JUDGING METHOD OF PARTIAL DISCHARGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the noise before the input in a fuzzy neuro network by automatically detecting the noise. SOLUTION: The signal of a specified pulse signal interval is automatically removed by a computer in a pre-processing stage to input the signal in a fuzzy neuro network. That means, the pulse signal detected in the measurement of the local discharge is divided for sampling into each specified phase frequency for one cycle of the applied voltage, and when the pulse signal sampled for each specified phase frequency is continuous with the cycle number of not less than the specified value, the pulse signal is judged to be a noise, and removed.
