The invention is characterised in that it comprises a chip (50) with bonding pads (P1, P2) at the rear, the chip being mounted on a base (60). A printed circuit (70) with conductor strips is urged into contact directly on the chip bonding pads. The invention is useful for making recording heads.</p> |
