The ski has roller born via roller bearings on axles, which are fastened to a base plate. The free space in the roller bearings (10) between bearing rings (15,16) is filled with a friction-matched material (19), e.g. a solid lubricant, or a plastic material. Alternatively, the material may have a multiple of small pores containing oil or another lubricant. The roller bearings have seals (17,18) on at least one end face.
