The invention relates to a method and device for mechanical dry extraction and grinding of organic raw materials, preferably oil seeds and animal bones. The inventive method is characterised by a continuous execution of different steps such as grinding, pressing, substance separation and co-ordination of organic raw materials to be treated. Substance separation is executed in such a way that after said separation, end products are available, namely food-grade pure fat as well as ground bones or shells containing bone or shell components, whose fat contents is minimised so that said products can be transferred to another process step, for instance to be turned into bone glue or used directly as end products, such as animal feed. The inventive method is characterised by a dry extraction, pressing and grinding unit which exhibits the form of a complex unit and whose core part is a large chopper. |
