<p>Disclosed is a process for preparing nanoscale metal-based powders from a metal salt and an amphiphilic copolymer containing ethylene oxide. The copolymer and metal salt are mixed to form a metal salt/copolymer paste which is then calcined at a temperature sufficient to remove water and organics and to form a metal oxide.</p> |
