The sport appliance has a board (1), a holder bar (2) fastened to its top, and a spring element (3,5) fastened to its underside. Wheels (4), which turn in the traveling direction only, are connected to the other ends of the spring element. The spring element is a single bent elastic rod. Power transmission from the spring element to the wheels is via a transmission, which converts the shock motions of the bar into rotating wheel motion. The spring element is extended and contracted by seesaw movements of the user.
