A component has inner and outer cover layers, a core (5), and stiffener flanges and/or profiles. It also has power introduction elements (8), which are integrated positively and fiber-orientated in the compound fiber structure of the part. Each element is a yoke-shaped metal body with central groove and power introduction points (14) on either side of the groove, and it incorporates flanges and profiles.
