Normally fixed leaf of a double door has a clamp lock (9) operated by a connecting rod (7) which is retained when the door is opened and released when it is closed. A lock (6) in or on the other door, which is normally opened for passing through, has a control cam slider slides in the lock bolt (11) and has a control pin (22) which projects beyond the lock bolt so that when the fixed door lock is operated, the control slider lifts the slider (24) locking the lock bolt via a plunger and lug. Preferably a gear wheel (14) is positioned between two connecting rod sliders (12,13) of the fixed door lock and is coupled to a latch bolt ejector (15). |
